What is a Gift Chip?
It’s our fun version of a physical gift card, in the form of a real poker chip. It can be used on admission, food, drinks, and our retail range.
Is gift-wrapping an extra fee?
Nope — we gift-wrap our Gift Chips in a cute box at no extra charge.
How do I receive the Gift Chip?
You can either collect it in store during our open days or have it posted out to you for a small postage fee.
Can I send it as a gift to someone else?
Yes! You can either leave a name for them to collect in-store, or choose the delivery option and you’ll be able to enter the recepient’s postal address, and also be given the option to leave them a short message.
How long will it take to be ready for collection or to be delivered?
If arranging collection, please allow 24 hours during our open days.
For delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.
You will receive an email once your Gift Chip is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
Do Gift Chips expire?
Our Gift Chips are valid for 24 months but if you have one that’s expired (or if you’re unsure on the expiry date), get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
What is the refund policy on Gift Chips?
Our Gift Chips are non-refundable, but if you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to rectify where possible.
